Wild Woods
.........
A number of my pieces are made from local tree species, such as Mountain Mahogany, Juniper, and Sagebrush- all of which I harvest and mill myself. All of the wood I gather is found dead and/or down and harvested in a very selective manner. I source my materials through public land permits and private landowner permission, and only take what I need.

By sourcing my own materials I hope to lessen my dependency on the commercial lumber industry, with the added benefit of fueling my own creativity, curiosity, and connection to this place we call home. I hope the unique beauty of these special woods brings as much joy to you as it does to me!
